If you are anything like me then you will appreciate this product. Anything that lends support and smooths is my best friend.

Yummie Tummie was created by a woman for women. It looks beautiful worn alone or can be used under anything. It doesn’t compress the chest or ride up. It provides support to your core which allows you to stand up taller and and look better. (It is available in both regular and long length)

From the bust up and the hips down it is your favorite, staple, t-shirt. The waist though has a firm control panel which smooths the stomach and hips making you feel like you just lost inches and pounds instantly. (It?’s important you choose a size that?’s not too tight so that the Yummie Tummie fits you properly and comfortably. If your in between sizes it’s best to go a size up)

I just want to mention one of my friend’s concerns with it. The shirt is very fitted which is why it smooths and slims. However, as a nursing mother she found it to tight to pull up or down for feedings. She said that forcing it made the bottom stretch. Therefore, if you are nursing be sure to order the nursing Yummie Tummie tank that is in this year’s spring line and not one of the regular tanks.

I love this idea because I believe that until a child is ready to walk it is best to let the feet develop naturally without being bound by shoes. Even on new walkers, these are great with little dresses for running around the house. Check them out because the are a FABULOUS find.

Everyone knows and loves the Robeez slippers (I don’t know very many kids that don’t own at least one pair), but my problem has always been that you can’t wear them outside. One trip down the block and they fall apart…especially when baby is just starting to walk. That’s where these new Robeez Tredz come in.

Robeez Tredz takes into account that it is best for children to be barefoot when they are starting to walk. They have created a flexible shoe that allows children’s feet to develop normally, and now have added an outdoor friendly bottom. The shoes are still really soft and flexible but they won’t get destroyed after one trip outside. They come in adorable patterns for both boys and girls and are approved by the American Podiatric Medical Association. They are adjustable, water resistant and non-slip.

While you’re at it why not get yourself something to make the day seem less gray. They make really fun rubber boots for women as well now. If you are more traditional and don’t want to wear such funky shoes, you can also get a fun umbrella. They may be a little more pricy then the average black one but you’ll be sure to stand out like a ray of sunshine amongst all the gray.

I find it really hard to find cute stuff for boys. Girls are just easier to make stuff for I guess. Here is a really cute boy alternative and what better way to stomp through puddles then as a dinosaur?!

This is another cute one for boys. My son actually had these boots (he grew out of them) and we always got compliments on how cute they were.

This is my FAVORITE umbrella. I think it is Fabulously adorable. I wish it was bigger because I would get it for myself.

The Via Spiga Zebra Double Breasted Trench is really cool for the mother who want to stand out in a crowd. It’s on sale now so check it out. It’s sure to make you feel Fabulous.

Of you want to go out, check out this cool color block coat by Cynthia Steffe. I love the retro feel that it has and could be dressed up or down (because you can’t control when the rain will hit).

Juicy Couture makes some Fabulous umbrellas (again for those willing to spend the money). Nothing makes you feel more Fabulous then a little Juicy on a rainy day.

Chooka makes the above Fabulous rain boots. They have many designs (I only put a few) that allow everyone to find an option that suits them. If you want to stand out there are bright colors and funky prints. For the more subtle there are prints like the polka dots above that won’t make you stand out too much but are still adorable…oh and they are all reasonably priced.

These one’s are the least expensive and in my mind the most fun. If you really want to bring out the child in yourself go for these, and might I suggest getting the matching ones (pictured above) for your little puddle jumper. You two will be so cute splashing along together and there is nothing a child likes more then having something that is the same as mommy.

If you want to go all out in the boot department, nothing says classy like something Burberry. These boots have the classic Burberry plaid and are FABULOUS. Just a warning, they are pricey but if you can afford it be as FABULOUS as you can.

Baby Bouquets is a brilliant gift idea for any new parent. You receive an entire set of baby clothing as well as some silk flowers all combined into one adorable bouquet. The shirt, blanket, socks etc. are all wrapped up to look like roses and other flowers. All the clothing is 100% cotton and from brand names such as Carter’s and Gerber’s. The bouquet includes a onesie, a bib, a cap, a pair of mittens, a pair of socks, and a burp cloth (size 0-6 months).

ps. I just want to add something. These people are very easy to get a hold of and reply to being contacted very efficiently. They don’t outsource labor and they are just really nice people. It is sometimes very hard to find a great product run by good people so they should be supported.

My friend Ariela taught me this trick back in school together. If you head over to Old Navy and the Gap the week after Valentines you can get fabulous pajamas for deep discounts. As long as you don’t care that they have little hearts on them, go nuts. There are pajamas for you and for the little ones in your lives. For example the pair pictured below are now on sale for only $8.70. But you have to hurry because sizes are limited online and in stores and tend to run out fast.

Also, old navy is having a huge children’s clothing sale right now also so it is worth while to check it out. They have some really cute spring and summer clothing for boys and girls at fabulous prices. But again, hurry because the sale ends on February 21, 2008.
